"My path to founding OT by the Sea was anything but linear — and I think that is exactly what makes our practice different.

I began my career working with adults at a Level I trauma center, where I learned firsthand what it means to show up for people during the most vulnerable moments of their lives. From there I led early intervention programs supporting infants and young children, and later built and led a high school program for students with special needs. I then founded a practice dedicated to job skills and independent living — helping young adults build the confidence and capabilities to step into the world on their own terms.

Each chapter taught me something essential about what people truly need. Not just clinical expertise — but care that meets them where they are, in the environments where real life actually happens.

When I moved to Los Angeles in 2022, I saw a gap that I could not ignore. Families across West LA were navigating incredibly complex needs — a new mother struggling with infant feeding, a child falling behind in school, an elderly parent trying to stay safely in their home — often without a single trusted team to turn to. OT by the Sea was born from that need.

Since then we have built something I am deeply proud of. We have partnered with physicians, dentists, psychologists, therapists, schools, and community providers across West LA to create a truly integrated circle of care. We have launched Baby and Me courses, beach camps, and school screenings that bring families together and meet children where they thrive most. And we have assembled a team of specialized occupational therapists — each with their own unique background and expertise — united by one shared belief: that every person, from a new baby to an aging parent, deserves exceptional personalized care in the comfort of their own environment.

That is what OT by the Sea is built on. And it is what drives everything we do."
